Your booth package includes: 

• 8’ drapery backwall & 3’ drapery sidewalls 
• Standard colour booth carpet 
• Forklift service up to 5,000 lbs (delivery to and from booth only; no special lifting equipment)
• Unloading and reloading of all crated and uncrated shipments
• Removal, storage and return of all exhibit crates
• Daily booth cleaning
• Shared 110-volt electrical outlet
• Unlimited personalized complimentary pre-registration forms to offer your clients and colleagues the opportunity to pre-register for a FREE show pass 

Pricing

• Early Bird Pricing (until January 1st, 2028) : $23.00 per sq. ft.
  • Pricing starting January 1st, 2028: $24.00 per sq. ft.
  • *Partner association membership discount $1/sq. ft. (CIPH, EFC, ASHRAE, IES)

• Enhanced Exhibitor Listing $99.00  * (Required for All Exhibitors)
